Health insurance for babies

Health insurance for my baby is the important thing that I must consider even before my baby was born. Thank’s to my company that give me health insurance as one of my benefit that also coverage my family including coverage for pregnancy, delivery and also health insurance for my now born baby until now she 20 month. So at the first time medical check up for pregnancy until my baby born and reach 20 month old all expenses related with health was covered by Health Insurance Company.

Special for health insurance for babies, I think you must aware that this health insurance is very very important, you need to cover your baby with this kind of insurance. Because if your baby sick, she/he will need extra treatment from pediatrician, bad treatment or even mistreatment can lead to worse condition, end when you need to hospitalized your baby, usually the baby need extra care, because your baby cannot say anything about her/his condition. Mishandling with infant even can kill him/her. Delaying treatment of sick baby (just because you don’t have money and baby health insurance) can make his/her health condition decrease quickly because His/her body not as strong as adult. when your baby sick, she/he can't wait until you have money, they need medical treatment as soon as possible.

I experienced about hospitalized my baby, until now she reach 20 months old, she already hospitalized twice. First when she was 12 month old, and second was just last week! At that time I even do not have money to pay ‘administration fee’, but just by showing my baby health insurance, the nurse directly take care my baby and bring her in the proper room. Finally after 4 days hospitalized my baby recurring from her ill, and when I left the hospital, I even do not need to pay anything! The insurance company already taking care for all expenses!
Well..
Actually I still need money to pay some expenses..
Which is..
parking fee..!! :)
because my baby health insurance did not covering parking fee in the hospital.

So imagine if you have the same situation like me.
At Thursday, in my office the baby sitter called me and said that my baby always vomiting and crying all day. I went back to my house as soon as I can, and I found my baby laying in her bed, powerless even for crying..! Just by see my baby condition I know I can wait until tomorrow, straight a way I bring my baby to emergency room at nearest hospital (just ten minutes from my house), check up by a pediatrician and then dealing with administration. Without paying administration fee my baby will stay in the ER without any handling.

So what you can do at the crucial time like that?
You must pay but you do not have money!
Delaying handling of your baby will make her/his health condition going worse even dead!

But just by showing my baby health insurance card, directly they take care my baby and after for days hospitalized I can left the hospital without paying anything except parking fee!

So you must have health insurance for your baby. Don’t play with your baby health, because if you do you will deal with her life too!
Except you have tons of money in your pocket every day :)..
